five thirtyby jagarComment by insteps: Wonderful control exhibited in this beautiful photograph. How black and white should be presented. Thanks |

canopyby jagarComment by Lydia: I love this... until I get to the man. I think he either needs to not be there at all... or he needs to be more of the scene. Cutting him off at the chin... makes him seem like an accident, I fear.
I do love the top. Gorgeous! |

canopyby jagarComment by streetpigeon: I went quickly by this on first pass, but seeing it again I like it. It has a confusing harmony to it, busy and disparate though it is. I'm glad I stopped for a second look, for it's rather rewarding. |

no going backby jagarComment by mariuca: I have to ignore the title that does not help me and just look at this still. A behind the scene moment, the film director at work. The picture is ultra saturated and has an unappealing fuzziness that makes sense though in the context I just mentioned. An interesting find. |

no going backby jagarComment by daisydavid: Such a wonderful use classic shapes, lines and curves. The man̢۪s gaze beckons us to an off view event, we are distracted by his distraction, his alignment with the lines of stonework for some other event. Perhaps the corkscrew shaped manicured bush implies a possible emerging event, not unlike the arrival of HG Wells̢۪ mole drilling machine from Journey to the Centre of the Earth. The whole scene creates a quaint tension between the movements of competing stories. |
