Not so compelling as I first thought. Scattered light in lower right is distracting. Feel like the focal range could be pulled in or pushed out--just not where it is. Like the composition and color though.

This looks like it was incredible to be looking at. Colors on icicles, etc. are hard to judge exposure. I do think there needs to bit a bit more light or a little longer exposure time.(the one area of light is real bright). The light blues that this should reveal appear a bit muddy

This one made me think to understand how it conveyed silence - and then I "auralised" the sound of running water and realised this represented the absence of that sound. I like the abstract you've created.
(Someone made up the word auralise for me when I said I wanted a "sound" version of visualise but then we later found the word has been coined before)

I like the textures and lighting here. While it conveys "cold" to me more than "silence", I think it still meets the challenge and is a very nice image.
