Went there many time, but never at night. The Higashiyama district is one of those iconic places to take typical Japanese pictures. Yasaka-no-Tou centered in your image is the strongest way to give it a powerful impact. I would have cloned out that green thing in the center left part. Anyhow, love it.I give you an 8 and my Red Dragon award

Thanks everyone for your comments and votes. This is Sicily, a beautiful area of Italy I've never visited before. I know the image has some flaws but I had to edit it very fast and from Snapseed on my phone because I was away. Phone was not very reliable and couldn't notice some of the defects. Still I'm happy with the result and I will edit it better :)
