the arms have some hard edges but only a minor detraction.
as someone pointed out recently, if you duplicate the item in another layer, apply a blur and set opacity to a low % value you can soften up your edges a bit more
overall i see this finishing well in this given some of the other entries i've seen

The lighting has to be the most perfect I've seen to achieve this in minimal. He is a wonderful model and lucky to have such a skilled father that will preserve many a great photo of his growing years. Congrats on a very deserving Blue!
