This is a nice idea. Though for me, it just does not look right, and there is a strange cloud or smudge in the sky. It is a bit distracting. So the water appears more smooth then it should I am guessing because of the length of exposure. It makes the bridge appear a bit blurred. On the far side the buildings look more in focus but they are part of the background so my eyes are conflicted.

The softness in this image looks like a focus error. I can't tell whether it is intended for an artisitc effect or is simply out of focus.

There is a softness to this that seems odd and the composition is not to my liking. I do like the streaks of light and the chaotic wall murel.
