I think this could be cool, but the purple lights are just garishly bright to me.

This is a nice idea. Though for me, it just does not look right, and there is a strange cloud or smudge in the sky. It is a bit distracting. So the water appears more smooth then it should I am guessing because of the length of exposure. It makes the bridge appear a bit blurred. On the far side the buildings look more in focus but they are part of the background so my eyes are conflicted.

A little too much purple. Oversaturated perhaps?
