Morning Stretchby HarveyGComment by SparklieOne: I personally like the light in this one better. Golden hour at it's best. Almost like he/ she was striking a pose for you. The light shinning through his/ her wings gives nice highlights to the eagle. If the eagles face was angled just slightly more towards the camera I would have said a perfect 10. Thank you for sharing! |

Morning Stretchby HarveyGComment by RianBotes: Nope.. you entered the right shot for sure. This is a stunning shot and lighting is brilliant with background not distracting as it often can be. The biggest thing against this image is I suppose the angle. If it had been stretching it's wings at a slightly different angle - even just straight from the side as is But head looking forward or towards us it would have improved the dynamics of this image 100. |

Morning Stretchby HarveyGComment by herfotoman: Harvey, this is truly one of the best images you've taken. That background is magnificent. This lens really does the job for you.

Happiness is...by HarveyGComment by herfotoman: I like the tilt of the horse's head.
It's a full-blown smile, no coaching necessary on this one, that's why you lost points. hehe.
Maybe it's the lens - too sharp, get rid of it.

Happiness is...by HarveyGComment by Jules1x: I would have liked to have seen more of the horse maybe? But her smile looks like sincere happiness. |

Happiness is...by HarveyGComment by nygold: Great capture, great smile, fits the challenge to a "T".
I think the centered crop works well with this, it works for me anyway.
Very well done.
One of my top picks. |

Crowned Hornbill BiF (PAW 30/52)by HarveyGComment by herfotoman: Which camp? I saw them in Letaba in July, ran after them, took 4 silly shots of leaves with a red blotch. Wifey called to ask if I know the whole world is just waiting for me! They really cry like a baby, don't they! Very nice shot, your arms must have been tired waiting in the READY mode! Brilliant work. |
