Perfect! This shows texture in the two definitions that I would normally associate with the word. "Salmon has a mushy texture" and "the multigrain bread has a spongy texture on the sliced side with a coarse texture on the crust". Good lighting and very well focused! This pic also took some use of grey matter in its design, and you even throw in some humor on the title! I LIKE IT ALOT! This could be the only 10 that I score.

Almost makes me hungry. I feel that right side upping it, and not cropping out the top right (would-be bottom left) could help. Great white background and lighting.
