Needs rye bread or a bagel, not whole wheat. But seriously, I like the textures and the contrast between the bread/lox and the background color. I'd like to see the whole piece of fish and the whole piece of bread. 6 sjgleah

Its a well lit pic, but I'm not feeling 'texture'. Not really sure why, though. You could try oiling the fish to get a shiny texture and scattering some crumbs around.
