Snowmanby channeledComment by Shannon: would be better without the hand in the shot...are they holding it together?? |

Snowmanby channeledComment by Dave Gordon: Cute idea to use marshmallows to make the snowman. Surely your creativity could have extended to a way to hang him. The hand in the photo ruins the illusion and contrasts badly with the desaturated tree needles. |

In Styleby channeledComment by amsmyth: Greetings from the Critique Club:
Certainly this fits the challenge so there is no problem there. There is a problem with noise/pixilation and that combines with a flatness of color that really harms the image. Both the chrome and the white seem dull and could use some intensity. There is a reflection as well in the windshield that is distracting. The angle of the shot is interesting and it gives a sense of motion as if the limo were coming right out of the image at you. If you have access to this shot again you might try some different lighting that would address some of these issues. Thanks for the image. |

Gated Beautyby channeledComment by HBunch: Not sure how I feel about the fence going straight through the center of the image. I'm not usually a stickler for the "photography rules" but I think this is one image that would benefit from some dramatic angle or something. I'm guessing that it's the snow that's "on the edge" which definately works. The focus seems a little soft to me though. I'm wondering if that is because the large post in the bottom left is obviously out of focus, and my eyes really aren't following that to a place that IS in focus. The snow looks good in the bottom right, but near the upper part of snow, it seems to be a bit bright and washed out. |

Goal Orientedby channeledComment by vadvirag: Great idea and I like the message of this photo. I am not sure about the moved-in effect, a beautiful moon photo would be sooo beautiful here! :-) Even a half moon, too, but well in focus. |

Goal Orientedby channeledComment by timmi: Interesting. I understand your idea, but if you've actually shown some real stars or a real moon, the message would have been better. Also the choice of colour of the text is not as pleasing as if it were more finetuned with the imaga itself. |
