A really cool concept. I think you might have wasted your excellent magnifying glass technique on too boring a subject. Use the magnifying glass to uncover a message, a meaning. Magnify a sweater to show that it's only made up of delicate threads. Magnify a silvery fish to illustrate that it's incandescence is a function of hundreds of shiny scales. This is just a distortion of an otherwise boring glass.

Creative shot, very imaginative high-key picture. Refracted light always seems to do well here at DPC, so I expect to see this score highly. Interesting juxtaposition of straight lines and curves. The splash of blue works nicely. 9

Essential; but i miss humanity. Probably my character, but it's just a feeling. In "still life" there is "still" and there is "life". Gave you an 8 but won't hang it above the bed

frame line, lose it....like the idea and the hi keyness of this. I wish what ever the round thing causing the break were smaller....it seems a bit much and the comp suffers because of it. the overall shot is very fine, but I really like the glass in this.

The colors are good and the frame adds to the image. It would have been cool to clone out the toothpicks holding the center pieces of your letters. That was a good idea, not sure that I would have thought of that! :-)
