Well, this was a last "microsecond entry", the last hours I decided to to something for this challenge because a friend of mine loaned a macro lens to me, I got a good an idea working with leaves, worked with it for 2 hours and sadly it didn't work out very good.
Here in Iceland the challenge entry time is out at 4am. At almost 3:30 I was very disapointed with what I got so far, then I just thought I had to submit something, I didn't just been awake for no reason. So where I sat at my computer I took one of the leaves, but a hole in a paper and put the leaf there so it would be standing, moved a lamp to make this shadow and took some shots. Then I put the photos in the computer and was trying to decide which photo to submit. All of a sudden I saw that I only had few minutes 'till the submission time expired. I had to work very quick and when I was finally clicking on the submit button the time on my computer said 4:01am, and right after I clicked the button a error message came up that said the page requested couldn't be displayed because the submission time had expired. I was disappointed, decided to check out what others had submitted, and then I discovered that my photo was there in the challenge! The time must have expired just a microsecond after I submitted the photo.
I think the photo is technically ok, but it isn't interesting enough and didn't deserve a higher position. I don't complain about the 5.565/58% it got.

Ok y... there's really no critcism I can give you for this shot .. it says so much, how the land is disappearing into the fog, the man perfectly silhouetted, the colors beauitful, its just great. Its most definetely my favourite. VERY well done.

Emotional. Burning / dodging seems a bit overdone to me. Red on the toolbox is really nice.
