Orangina -- Naturally Juicy!by vawendyComment by one2one: Lighting is too harsh and the bottle looks tilted. Did you use a diffuser to soften the lighting? Anything will do like tracing paper, thin white cloth or even paper towels. Use tape or a rubber band to fasten it to your strobe and bingo, instant soft lighting. :)
6 for effort and creativity. |

Orangina -- Naturally Juicy!by vawendyComment by SEG: Most original and well shot images of the challenge. Wish my imagination was as free as yours. The border also works well with the colors. Did you stuff all the orange peels into the funnel and drop 3 or were those also suspended somehow. My pick for blue. Only one small minute improvement could have been to clone out the drip on the largest "falling" orange. 10 |

bokeh, centered composition, and shallow DOFby vawendyComment by andrewt: Beautiful macro Wendy !!! It has been a while ,since I have photographed a nice butterfly. Your shot is a reminder to me to go shoot butterflies. Just one feedback , the angle you shot at is great , but you need a little more DOF (F16 or higher) to get the wings in sharp focus. |
