Regarding the relatively low score, two things strike me:

1. "DOG Street" looks very odd and contrived. Simply calling it "Main Street" or "Shop Window, Main Street" would have helped, and even calling it "Duke Of Gloucester Street" would have been an improvement if you insist on accuracy.

2. The framing on the right side is unfortunate, the way the kid lines up with those details, looks very unnatural, like some sort of odd, super-straight back on the kid.

I think both these things hurt you a little, for what it's worth...

Nice image overall. Well processed and I like the brick path leading into the picture and the group of three people adds to the composition. For me though the wrought iron railing tends to interfere with the "flow" from the foreground into the rest of the image.
