i believe this art, and photography in one. I give this a ten because it achieves both the artistic rendering of a vision, while at the same time requiring a relatively high technical skills in order to be executed. It is not randomly blurred. It was blurred with precision. And the blurness is not because you lacked the skill and equipment. It is blurred because it was intended to be.
