The head of the stethoscope appears well used, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but seems to pull away from one of the strengths of this composition, which is the contrast between cold, hard stainless steel, and the frail human skin beneath. Speaking of skin, the lighting on this shot makes the skin look fairly anemic/colorless.
