Hmm. A tad blurry. The head of the stethoscope appears well used, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but seems to pull away from one of the strengths of this composition, which is the contrast between cold, hard stainless steel, and the frail human skin beneath. Speaking of skin, the lighting on this shot makes the skin look fairly anemic/colorless.

Few things IMO:
Should maybe applied rule of thirds
Your face is in the mirror of the scope
The skin is to ligt in the left an to dark in the right
But the worst thing is Scope out of focus

the stethoscope looks out of focus and the nipple isn't erect enough :-)

The focus is a little lacking in this image, but I do like the idea. I think it would be better with a different perspective and better focus.
