Interesting idea but a bit lacking overall. I think maybe if you had poured some water on it to get the rainbow in from the oil and water rather than just the oil and pavement you may have had a stronger image. As is though a bit flat as an image.

This is either a picture of something printed, or the processing makes it look like it is something printed, flat in other words. If it is a picture of a print, well, what can I say. If its the processing, well, my personal opinion is that it's not doing the subject justice. As a composition, it's difficult to figure out what to look at, it's a neat pattern overall, but what is the subject, what is it that you're showing here? ~5
