Studio_2013-17p-DPCbby GeneralEComment by glad2badad: Looks like you just stumbled a smidge on your way in the door. :-D This, as a background, could probably be the base for some very interesting blurry images. Some of my favorite (back in the day) toys in there. Played percussion, keyboards, and guitar at one point. Still have some around the house for "someday, when I get the time". |

Ripples_IMG_1902gs-DPCby GeneralEComment by glad2badad: I like the B&W the best. Although really, there isn't a lot of difference with the "color" one being somewhat monotone. Kind of an interesting comparison. :) |

Santa's Cookie Collectionby GeneralEComment by roz: the pastry at the top was one of my very favourites for many years ..
palmier .. i used to visit my mum every week and stop on the way at a french pastry shop which was close to her home .. i'd buy at least 10 or more of these yummy treats to take home and eat thru the week .. i lived over an hour and a half from my mums ..
i have tried them at different pastry shops but never found any as nice as the ones that i got at the pastry shop near my mum's ..
seeing your pic brought back a lot of memories .. my mum has since passed away .. but i'm thinking of her right now thanks to your pic ..
have a great weekend .. :) |

1…2…3…by GeneralEComment by streetpigeon: I took this to be 1) small dinosaur under a tree 2) big, ferocious dinosaur comes along 3) tree alone, and here comes the inference -- the big, ferocious dinosaur has eaten the small one, which is why it's, uh, funny. And a story. Other interpretations are viable, like the small dinosaur ran away, or it's a different time, or a different tree, etc. Any other takes on this? |
