Composition is spot on here, you're nailed the curve of the tree's balance with the slope of the hill and the walkers are in sweet spot. I might suggest trying this out in black and white, perhaps with a blue filter to get the white tree's silhouette to stand out even more. Perhaps also a low pass with a noise filter, the sky looks slightly noisy. All round though great image.

What a spooky tree, would've made a great frame for the people walking the dog. I think much of the top of the frame is wasted space, though.

I think the subject of this photo could've worked, but the composition didn't work for me, nor did the blurriness or grain. I think with a shot like this, you might try it with a tripod and ISO of 100. A less distracting background would've helped too. Everything in the photo should serve to draw attention to the robot, the title is, afterall "I robot".
