Exit -- Stage Rightby GeneralEComment by damjanev: I see the photographer's comments now. You cropped from the left?! Why? If you cropped from the right, the negative space would have a totally different meaning. The crane would have somewhere to fly to. The effectiveness of this, of course, depends on what's there in the cropped part of the image.

Purpleby GeneralEComment by MadMan2k: In my opinion this could have been improved by getting closer to the flower, if possible - if not, maybe holding the stalk on the right out of the way during the shot to make the background less cluttered. The colors also seem a bit on the green and cool side - a "warming filter" effect would go a long way. |
