How about "Lonely tracks" or "Forgotten Tracks" or "Tracks of Time". Of course they are tracks. Can you describe the tracks? What message are you trying to portray? Black & white represents timelessness or the past since color photography didn't exist 50+ years ago. This bridge looks to be around 100 years old. Were these passenger tracks or cargo tracks? The title of an image can set the mood of the photo and vice versa. The image is perfect but the title doesn't give it any story to tell. The title makes the image just look like a forgettable snapshot.
