excellent graphic feel ... works really well in black & white .. hmmmm is that bird droppings on the rhs?? ... interesting how something so seemingly gross can be transformed into an excellent design feature ..!! .. of course it could just be paint splatters .. wotever .. it totally works in this image .. :)

So well composed, such perfect lighting, shadows, tones. After reading the comments, I need to say I like the reflections in his eyes. He's thinking, deeply, remembering a battle or a tale of a battle, a myth playing itself out in his mind, and through that, his eyes, where we get to catch just the teeniest, tiniest glimpse of it . . . wonderful.
