Stack 'em up a bit more. Make it look like they fell more realistically. Your lighting leaves something to be desired, as does your background, but the perspective and texture of this photograph is mesmorizing.

Pic is liittle too small 472 X 300 but technically very nice!Subject is more interesting if was not shot from the back side IMO and camera lens should be in the eye level !

Different idea, unique. I like that but it really doesn't grab my attention and hold it there. You say name in light which made me look if you had spelled something out with the matchsticks. But I couldn't find anything, you tease! ;) The lighting is well done and the DOF is also well doen. I started this at a 4 but am moving it to the 8

The first thing I noticed about this image was how different it is from other waterfowl shots. I like the composition, how the duck is positioned on the left 3rd line with the dark ripples fanning out from it in the upper corners. I'm especially glad you captured it turning its head, that adds a great dynamic to the image. Nice work!
