It's always fun seeing seagulls in places you wouldn't expect; like we'll get them in a parking lot 100 miles from any coastline! Nice choice of processing with the B&W tones.

I like it. Nice little scene you captured here. The contrast between the people and the bird is cool. The dark edges on the right and left seem a bit out of place, not sure if there was odd lighting or if you added vignettes.

The lights and darks play off each other nicely. Not sure if you had a angle further left to get more of the buildings in the frame and less sky. I think that would have had more impact.
