Ok, the doctor in me forces my eyes to look at why she has more swelling in one ankle than another (usually not good) but, if I force myself out of the professional role, I really like the character of this shot.

I'm not much into poetry (that could change) but for some good street poetry check out Frank O'Hara's Lunch Poems -- poems written during his lunch hour in and around the streets of Manhattan.
The image is excellent. Quite a character study! The void to the right really forces the eye back to your subject. Nice framing too. The big square crop really works. |
