Great idea to capture the spirit of NYC. I love the vibrant bokeh too, and wish the girl's head or the hat were more in focus, but I know this was probably one of those spur of the moment grab shots.

So sorry this didn't come up for me. DPC loves eyepopping contrast, and so this very lovely springtime scene was probably lost on the majority of the voters. Personally, I like it; I have a thing for mid-key. Instead of the eye being drawn straight trhough the scene and into the sky, the viewer is forced to take in the highlights in the leaves and the dappled shadows on the ground. More subtle but equally beautiful stuff. Nice job!
