I think a lot of people will assume you used actual coins and just shot them out of focus - i don't know if that's the case or not (as actual currency is not allowed in your shot), but it looks to me more like water sprinkling into a pool (rain/hose, etc).
If it is the latter (or something similar) then I commend you on a good job of making it look like real change. :)

I like the way the light glows through the duck, and the garden bokeh, and the way the sill and window frame the subject. I'm not sure I like the screen so much but I suppose it's a bit hard to have the window without it if it is securely installed.
