Millennium by PaulComment by Yo_Spiff: Just a few minutes ago I watched an interesting piece on Youtube about how when this bridge was built, it wobbled with the steps of people on it and the wobbling could get so severe that that it was a safety hazard. It was then shut down after opening for another two years to get it fixed by installing dampers. |
