Unfoundby PaulComment by MaryO: I kind of expect the light to be dim and spooky for a shot like this, so while it conveys aloneness it isn't sinister because it's bright. Could be alien-ship bright but it doesn't feel that way. The boy is unfound but not lost, perhaps not wanting to be found. The lighting definitely affects my perception of the image; creative way to meet the challenge IMO. |

Color for my kissby PaulComment by SandyP: This is great! I think I would have picked this one for a ribbon. I love a photo for these set-up challenges that you could still hang on your wall. |

Unfoundby PaulComment by Teafran: While not a complete demonstration of lighting, the fisheye effect is excellant and the lighting angle increases the overall impact of the image from an emotional standpoint. The interesting angles of light from the direct in your face effect of the background to the light coming from the side is very effective. A good and different demonstration of natural lighting to enhance the impact of an image. |

Unfoundby PaulComment by aimeethetoo: Very cool image and what a refreshing oasis in a challenge filled with less-than-creative shots. 8 |

Color for my kissby PaulComment by Yo_Spiff: Once of the best uses of selective color I have seen recently. Does not just enhance the image, but makes it. |

Color for my kissby PaulComment by LadyK: very well done. this has caught my eye many times over the past week but this is the first i have actually clicked the thumbnail. beautiful colors, great desat. im sure this will be top 5 if not ribboning. my only little problem with it is the strange 5 o'clock shadow type thing going on below the crayon-10 oh, and its my first ten out of everything, and probably the only 10 |
