FANTASTIC . such a brilliant photograph .. the movement, the feel, everything is perfect .. the longer i look at this the more i see .. the bench spitting sparks .. & the guy has a walking stick .. i dont think he should be taking rufus for walks in his condition .. that's some powerful and very disobedient dog .. !!!.. lol ...... :)

Great shot. I am guessing a couple of sparklers and hopefully vaseline on a filter. (adding motion blur will get you DQ'd)
