how on earth were you in exactly the right place at the right time ..
also those feathers are most unusual .. they looked almost unnatural ..
so i googled it ..
Ostriches have unique feathers that are loose, soft, and smooth, giving them a "shaggy" look.

I had to lie on my stomach in the dirt and take the shot through the bottom of the farm fence with the camera at ground level. |
