wow - this reminds me strongly of a story written by Robert Fulghum in his book \"All I really need to know I learned in kindergarden (highly recommended btw if you need some uplifting thoughts)
There he describes his search for the perfect chicken-fried steak an how he found it in Maud Owens Café in Payette, Idaho ;-)

I also like the concept, that the cashier desk is in the middle of the room - quite unique I\'d say. All in all a perfect contribution to that challenge!
