Well, every cloud has a silver lining. This is so lovely with the sparkles that couldn't have been there for the calendar. It's a really lovely, soft and delicate diptych.

Great diptych with good tie in theme. I particularly love your top image. One of my favourite paintings is The Umbrellas ( or Les Parapluies ) by Renoir. Maybe if he'd gone round behind his models he would have painted something like this. The like patterns on them all make an interesting pattern in the picture. I wonder why there were so many the same?
