Wow! How big is that crystal? From the thumb (I'm always seeing stuff in the thumbs) this looked like a moonlit fantasy forest through a doorway.

Beautiful image. Whatever you did worked well. I've tried various bits of black cloth - heavy wool, fleecy backed knit and velvet, to name some. The velvet worked fairly well , the others didn't really.

This is really nice. I never would have thought that was black paper but I think I like it better than the complete black surround. This has a beautiful warmth that compliments the gold and the candle.
