Boogie Woogieby KelliComment: Another great piece of parade fun. I love the clarity of these shots and the obvious enjoyment of the participants is so clearly visible in their faces. Do these people travel around to other cities doing this? The costumes are so extravagant they would have to get a fair bit of use. |
