I love the sherbet colors in this image, and how the glass separates the worker from the bysitter :-) I think you could have cropped off a bit from the fight to concentrate our gaze on the two subjects.

Marvelous candid! I am drawn first to the hugging girls, with the white shirt, and whose energy is much stronger. Then I explore the image and discover the little girl, left out. Beautiful.

A lot of great things in this image. I think this would be a much stronger image in b/w, and the potted plant behind him would be less obtrusive.
