	Young boy with Serious Look Observing Another Child Having a Fit by HollyMann Comment: A lot of great things in this image. I think this would be a much stronger image in b/w, and the potted plant behind him would be less obtrusive.

	Untitled by MikeO Comment: Interesting crop. The way it is, the guy in the window is barely visible, and the folks in the foreground are very squished to the left frame edge. The main portion of the image is a white wall and plants, which is not as interesting as the people. But there is a luscious tonal range.

	The Ref by MinsoPhoto Comment: The second ref and team shot, one after the other. The ref is more in focus here, but the composition could be a bit stronger from a more sideways pov - not always possible, I know.
