Quite interesting, but extremely busy shot I think there may be far too much going on in this one for the DPC voters. It does have quite a lot to look at though the more you linger over it.

Nicely lit shot but I think it's the subject that lets this down, not really very inspiring and whilst it meets the challenge and is nicely shot and PP'd it lacks any Wow factor.

Very similar to another shot in this challenge.

I think the grass detracts a bit from your image as it's a little lacking in colour, a white background would have greatly enhanced this IMO as the composition with the adults legs forming a V out of frame is very nice and frames the child really well. Maybe a little over saturated on the Reds.

I think if this had been tack sharp and a little closer it could have scored really well, as it is I think it might suffer to the DPC voters 4s and 5s

I might have been tempted to move the leaf on the left and get in a little closer and also maybe move that brown closed leaf (I think that's what it is) near the ladybird. The red and green then would have worked really nicely and dominated the frame.

I would have scored this shot at 2 or 3, I do not like the DOF, the colours look a little bland and the lighting is flat - the subject matter is not really that inspirational either :(

It's a shame that there are 2 almost identical images in this challenge as there was a week or two ago and I suspect your scores will be suffering if you continue to enter almost identical pics.

This one is a bit too dark and the sky colour could have been improved, good sharp capture though by the looks of it.

I really like the idea behind this shot, I think the execution could maybe have been a little better but overall a very pleasing image.

I think to improve it personally I would have used a reflector or strobe to get some light on the iron work below the globe as at the moment it looks very heavy at the bottom, quite heavy at the top and lacking in the middle of the image.
