To my eye, the portrait orientation dilutes the essential impact with too much vacant sky and foreground. This cries for a square crop with the dock leading in from the lower right corner and top cut off at the top of the trees. 6 for its potential and its genuine atmospheric perspective. Could have been much higher with more concentrated visual content.

I am going to say: I was going to bump this but missed the turnover. A senior thing to be sure. Sorry. I really like the image especially for the challenge. It has a quality that is of distant memory for us older folks of more immediate for those with a shorter memory.
