Back when color television was new and difficult to tune to good color, it could look like this or worse. One day I visited my aunt who was watching her tv badly untuned and I asked her if she wanted me to fix it but she said she enjoyed it that way.

unbalanced balance

This has abstract expressionistic quaities that I can only describe as pinks and blues with grit. As an illustration of balance, an art teacher of mine drew a huge solid blob nearly filling one half of a sheet of paper and for balance he added a small dot in the opposite lower corner. He explained its all a matter of leverage.
