What a shame it was DQ'd. Still a Blue ribbon winner in my mind :)

What a wonderfully colorful abstract of the urban jungle.

You truly got robbed with that overall score!

Lately I'm convinced that voters are retarded but those that comment and vote are actually seeing the image, so 7.1... sounds about right!

One of the best bird pix I've ever seen!
He's down in the nitty gritty doing what lil birdies do...

I wish you'd post the settings for the photo.

A 7 from me... I quite liked the natural scenery on this one but I do think a point of interest would've helped, like a duck or something. I disagree with the statements about the scene being too busy, life is too busy. Sometimes people just want to over-simplify photography but forget to see the natural beauty that is...

I do think a tad bit of +saturation would've been nice.

A 6 from me. I like the textures and this is probably one of the very few photo's that works as a negative, which creates the mood.

Wow, you were dead on with your prediction. That's quite amazing... maybe next time I'll just send you what I think I should submit and you tell me your prediction.

A 6 from me. She reminds me of a human version of a dream catcher. There's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said except for maybe that I shoulda given this a 7.

A 7 from me... I honestly can't believe you scored lower than a 5, so sad.

A 4 from me... I don't want to notice the HDR effect and this one screams HDR. I quite like the unprocessed one, a bit of +saturation & curves is all I woulda done with it. Most of the time for me, less is more. I don't even go into Photoshop much these days, I just use my Nikon Capture Editor and I'm done.
