You know, it's sorta funny... I saw this photo and thought to myself "I bet that was taken with an LX3." There seems to be something about how it captures BW scenes, but I really like it.
Anyway, that nice LX3 contrast works well. I like how the cars are largely obscured, and somewhat lurking, while the wall is illuminated. I also like how the platform pulls us towards the guy in the distance and then the sky pulls me to the right and to explore the parking lot.

You know... I actually kinda like the green. Reminds me of some older film shots with that pallor about them. The positioning of the two men is really good too.

The placement of everything in this makes for a nice progression. You have the crosswalk, sign, picker on the left, then you hop visually to the stopsign guy, then to the slow sign guy, then to the other picker and up into the sky. Good balance, both vertically and horizontally, as well.

Ha, the IR almost makes them look plastic. When I first saw the thumbnail, I thought they were. The lighting on them is kinda cool, like a spotlight.

The circles you've got going here are really cool, and the red metal structure in the background works well. A little added contrast and vibrance to the colors would go a long way I think.
