This is quite a dynamic photo. I've seen others like it, but it's always neat to see someone take a new path with old material. I love that I can see in the car and the dashboard, and the green tinting to the street-lights is very.. unique. Especially with the blue. Great idea, nice execution.

Hard to tie this one in to the challenge, and the subject matter, while colorful, is a little flat and uninteresting.

The lens flares hurt this photo, and the fact that your title gives the impression of a subject, but the photograph doesn't support it, (the beetle is hardly your focus in this photograph.), doesn't help it either. Had you gotten closer to the beetle, effectively cutting out the powerful parking lot light in the top right corner, and cut the exposure down a little, it would have been a better shot. Still not great however, as a photograph of a car in a parking lot alone.. isn't going to be the most stunning of subject choices.

Best Viewed At Night!

This one is just a little too dark on the Telescope for me. I had to look at it for a little too long to even determine what it was, and that's going to work against you for the majority of voting. Another quick, diffused light source on the left side would have done wonders.

This is an OK shot, but nothing spectacular. More lighting to accentuate the pumpkin itself would have been better, and you possibly needed a little more background in order to shot the "night" aspect. You have a Trio of pumpkins there.. which would have made a great triptych model.. but you chose to single out one, and for me, it's turned this into a weaker photograph.

In my opinion, you really needed to find a different viewpoint for this. The trees are just in the way, instead of being a strong compositional focus, and the subject matter of the title, (the supposed cottage), is hard to make out, lost in the clutter.
Also, it's overexposed. The lighting is nice and eerie.. but.. that's all you have, and it's just not enough.

Far too dark, with no solid subject, and no point of interest.

Out of focus.. because, to me, it looks like you were taking this hand-held with too long a shutter speed, or, if you were using a tripod, it was very windy.

The light on the center of the church is also far over-exposed, and it hurts the rest of the shot. Change these two elements, and you have a much nicer photograph.

Far too dark for my tastes. This shot needed a bit more exposure, and some stronger contrast. Also, it looks like it may be a "night for day" shot.. meaning it was taken during the day, but given a dark cast. If that's not the case, my mistake, but to be honest, that's what it looks like to me.

Unfortunately, this shot is really out of focus, and the light in the ghost is really over-exposed. If using a non-assisted AF is your problem, then sometimes it can be helpful to carry a bright flashlight around with you to help with the auto-focusing, especially at night and with darker subjects. Also, I find that this photograph is pretty plain and simple (simplicity isn't always a bad thing though, it's just really hard to capture in a nice way), and lacking in any strong compositional area.
