Creativity in Bloomby JoelHSmithComment: Not sure that "creativity" is a mood.. A nice dark filter would have helped here as well, or shooting at a different time of day. Lighting is harsh, and kind of painful for light-sensitive eyes. It's good to see people taking different approaches, but this one falls a little short. |

Makes my mouth waterby peterishComment: A little too over-exposed. Needed a couple of stops lower and/or more diffuse lighting. A sheet over the window, for example. Also, IMO, this has nothing to do with showing a subject's mood. |

Falling In Loveby MonaComment: This photo is far too smooth looking, destroying it's natural feel, and the couple are just too far out of being a focal point for them to be interesting, or integral to the shot. Too much going on here. |

Peace of Mindby pogboy4Comment: He does look peaceful. Seems to be a little bit of over-saturation here, and there are odd burn marks in the sky.. overall, while it's a great composition, the colors, contrast, saturation, and other elements, don't add up. |

Exhilarationby grahampComment: Is the car having fun here? I'd have liked to have seen a shot of the car closer up, with the driver preferrably in the photo showing an expression. |

Granddad, I love you....by KiwiChrisComment: Cute kid, and great expressions. I'm not entirely convinced with the cropping you've done however, as it seems to have killed some of the dynamic. This begs for a portrait orientation. |

Safe and Warm with Motherby SammieComment: Owls are certainly "moody" birds, and these ones do emote very well. A nice capture. It's a bit busy, but wildlife shooting isn't exactly set up for being able to much about that :) |

Morning Souvenir ...by LouiseBComment: The focal point of this photograph is too mired in shadows to be entirely useful. The sepia is also a little too strong, and doesn't mesh with the mood that is trying to be displayed, in my opinion. |

My Joy Is Her Joyby sbellequeComment: A nicely captured photograph of "joy". A little blown out in the highlights, could have used a stop or two lower, and then fixed with levels, or used more diffuse light. Colors also seem muted. |

I will not touch it!by lastefComment: A good showing of a mood, however, the photograph suffers from a few elements.
1. It is rather noisy
2. Color is flat and uninspiring
3. focus is a touch soft in the eyes and upper facial area.
4. Contrast seems harsher than it is because of the flat color.
