I get the mood. It is a tough time of day to take photos though. A lot of dark shadows on her face and blown highlights on his jacket. The foreground clutter is a bit of a distraction.

Great capture. Might have cropped out the bottom area that distracts a bit.

Seems a bit smudgy in some places, but otherwise good

nice concept and composition but getting pleasing non-flat exposure in midday sun is a real challenge

I like the emotion, however, I would have liked to see a tighter crop on the people.

This photo is far too smooth looking, destroying it's natural feel, and the couple are just too far out of being a focal point for them to be interesting, or integral to the shot. Too much going on here.

Nice candid. I like the setting and placement of the couple. It looks like there was some manual smudging on the tree around the girl & other parts of the background, rather than depth of field, odd.

Setting doesn't create much of a mood for me.

The crop or setup is distracting for me. I feel I want to see more of what's around them to be able to view them in context.

Why only use the left half of the frame, it feels unbalanced

a gd attempt at a hard emotion, however the background is a bit boring and busy , it puts me off. however nice capture of the couples

A little closer would have captured their expressions and dominated the picture.

good shot! cropping it tighter would have given it more strenght, IMO

Maybe crop out the "84" and move the negative space more up to the upper right.
