Known Unto Godby bassboneComment: I love cemetary shots and this one is quite interesting. Blurred foregrounds are tough to pull off and in this case it works as the blurred cross is mirrored by the crosses of the other gravestones. I think a slightly higher angle that showed more of the gravestones in the background might have been more powerful. As it is they are very bright and have sort of leading lines sending you out of the image. Alternately a strong vignette may have drawn your interest to the middle stone as the background ones would be toned down. |

Splashing the Potby Jon_HComment: Nice composition and lighting. The reflection in the glasses is great, although I wish I could see the dropped chips in the reflection rather than his arm. The gritty processing/lighting works great on the guy but looks kind of washed out on the cards. Catching a nice motion blur is hard and you did very well on it. While minor, the wrinkles on the table kind of detract from an otherwise very well done image. |

Wildfire!by vawendyComment: Very beautiful background, with wonderful out of focus areas. The green stem is also pretty cool with great color and a nice angle. The bug is a bit of a letdown. His color is monochromatic and dull/boring. Not sure if he is out of focus or just has texture that looks soft. I wish the bug was at more of an angle or had some legs sticking out to giving him more pop/interest. |

"I think the sun is a flower, That blooms for just one hour."by LanndonKaneComment: I like the white backdrop here as it really isolates the vase/flowers. The right hand side where the table drops off is a bit distracting. As for the water, I might have used a empty vase or a full vase so that there would be no line. A solid colored vase may have worked out as well. Your aperature of 1.8 is an odd choice unless you were handholding. f8 would have keep the whole flower in focus, as it is I think it it is a little soft on the edges. |

A Little Bizarre, A Little Darkby MinsoPhotoComment: Great selction of objects, reallt expresses your soul. The star filter and smoke work nicely. Can I move that dagger 1 inch down to get rid of the overlap. |

Flower Watcherby sfaliceComment: Nicely captured. Great use of DOF to isolate the flower. Gently move the flowers at bottem to the side next time for a cleaner composition. |
