Nice composition but the colours are flat and that's what is making this image suffer. Burning the clouds and sky a little may have done some good.

It's more a curl than a curve. But a lovely shot with crisp focus that should do well. I like the deep yellow contrasting with the deep blue.

Upon reviewing, i'm sorry to say I'm bumping you to 8, from 7. :D

I would have liked this a lot more just as a plain b&w shot with 2 different areas of interest. No bugs.

The exposure is just way off. The highlights lose detail and the shadows too. Colours seem off too.
