Novemberby gg3rdComment: I also thought this would score higher... the tilt (as part of basic technicals) definitely hurt as did the yellow tones, as over-processed images do not fare well on DPC. You've got a nice portfolio going. |

February - Movie Characters - Alex (A Clockwork Orange)by wishiwaslikeyouComment: I gave this a 4, so here are my thoughts... as a portrait, the crop is excessive. I would try to not cut off body parts. The lighting is too dark, even for an "ultra-violent" movie like A Clockwork Orange (which I have watched many times, demented person that I am.)
I like the idea for the shot and applaud your creativity, but without a title, there really is no connection to February to the average viewer. |

MARCH of the Primrosesby GeneralEComment: You've lost detail in the whites. Adjust your exposure compensation when shooting very light or dark objects. Using levels or shadow/highlights may get some detail back. |

February Promisesby WeJayComment: VERY warm colors, either perfect sunset timing or well saturated in pp. Love the reflection. |

February (Summer)by darnokComment: The foreground does little to add to the composition (for me, anyway) except to keep the elements in the rule of thirds placement. The sand could be cropped out entirely imo, or else shoot from a lower perspective near the flowering plants at lower left. The clouds and colors are wonderful. |
