May02by MarkBComment: The background looks like insulation found in a basement covering the foundation. I have the same issue in my little home studio. I actually used it in this shot  . It just needs to be muted because of the glare it throws.
The cue ball looks a bit yellow. From the gel? cool shot. Inspired me to add a pool shot later on in the challenge. Keep em' coming. Message edited by author 2012-05-03 10:27:16. |

Day 3by MinsoPhotoComment: Strong. I'd almost reduce the opacity on the processing of the blinds and leave you the same. IMHO the lighting is spot on. Just enough of the subject is lit up. Happy the bottle wasn't cropped. If I am being ultra picky, I would have placed the bottle in your left hand and used your leg to prop it. Nice work here. |
